Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the dg48 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the dg48 platform.

- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not it takes place with your knowledge.
- You must notify dg48 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
- Dg48 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account login information.
Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed or an account is fully activated. Any requested documents must be submitted within the specified timeframe.
Platform Usage Rules
Dg48 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the dg48 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, and other local payment options listed on the platform at the relevant time.
Deposit Terms
- A minimum deposit may apply depending on your chosen payment method.
- Funds deposited into a dg48 account may only be used for betting and gaming purposes within the platform.
- Dg48 reserves the right to hold deposits suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the dg48 account holder.

This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability or the accuracy of any information.
Account Suspension & Closure
Dg48 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:
- The user is suspected of or found to have violated any term in this document.
- There are indications of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Account inactive for an extended period with no transactions.
- Registration information is found to be false or inaccurate.
Any valid balance in an account closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited, subject to the outcome of dg48's internal investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the dg48 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of dg48 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The dg48 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. dg48 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. dg48 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Malaysian law governs the interpretation and enforcement of these terms.
